Toni Bondonzi is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and sales consultant, with over 25 years of sales & Management experience in the Austin area. Specializing in residential and investment real estate, Toni prioritizes top-notch customer service, valuing relationships
over transactions.
Toni has launched Dream Away to share her passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. She is the proud owner and co-host of two top-rated Airbnb properties—one in Colorado and another in Port Aransas, TX. As a co-host, she also manages six other properties in various cities throughout Colorado & Texas.
Eric Pesek

Eric Pesek is a Property Manager and Real Estate Sales Professional with over 25 years of experience managing properties throughout Texas. As co-owner of Sienna Properties & Dream Away Eric handles a full range of leasing and property management services for both residential and commercial clients. Eric has served on the local board of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since 2007 and was the chapter President for 2010. He holds the designations of Master Property Manager (MPM), and Residential Management Professional (RMP).
In his off time, Eric enjoys fishing, playing softball & Golf!
