Through the power of advanced technology, we can seamlessly assist property owners in any City or State in the U.S. By harnessing detailed photos and videos of each property, we gain a comprehensive understanding of its unique features and requirements. Additionally, we build a highly skilled team of on-the-ground experts in each area through interviewing other Airbnb hosts and enlisting the help of other property managers we have in our nationwide network. These local experts serve as our eyes and hands, ensuring that every aspect of property management, from guest check-ins to maintenance and cleaning, is handled with precision and care. With this innovative approach, you can enjoy the benefits of professional co-hosting, regardless of your property's location!

20% of the booking fees for rentals up to 6 months long.   Our fee is directly tied to the success and revenue generated from your property, aligning our interest and fostering a mutually beneficial partnership. 

For new "short term" or "Mid Term" rentals to be listed from scratch on Furnished Finders, Zillow & Airbnb there is a $150 onboarding fee.
