Dream Away distinguishes itself as a property management firm dedicated to prioritizing property owner needs. Our unique approach revolves around a co-hosting model, setting us apart from conventional property management companies. Unlike typical management firms that often necessitate property owners to list their B&Bs under a shared "corporate" account or their proprietary booking website.  Our primary goal is to offer enhanced control and transparency. We recognize the dynamic nature of the market, which is why we give you the opportunity to maintain separate individual accounts on popular platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, independently from your property management services.  

If you are new to short term rentals, and have not already established accounts with the major booking platforms, and wish to be 100% hands off, no problem there!  We are happy to build your marketing presence from the ground up. 

OUR STORY

After gaining experience over 25 years of management experience with Sienna Properties, and managing several short term rentals of her own, Toni identified a significant issue within the short-term rental market. Homeowners were lacking control over their property listings, and the ability to engage with guests and receive their valuable reviews—an essential part of building a vacation rental's reputation. This realization ignited the need for a fresh business approach, one that offers flexibility and partnership.  

The concept is straightforward: we have devised a business strategy that positions homeowners as hosts of their own charming properties. Homeowners have the flexibility to be as hands-on or hands-off as they prefer. Currently, Dream Away proudly manages 6 properties spread across 2 different states and 6 different Cities in the United States.
